- Upon landing, verify AIS light is still blinking green.
If not blinking green, data collection likely stopped mid-flight and may need to be reflown for complete coverage. Proceed to use the quality check tools to find where and why data capture ceased.
- Stop data collection by pressing the AIS button for one second until the yellow light is displayed
- Wait for the sensor to return to a ready state where all three AIS lights indicate RTK status, then power down the aircraft.
For multi-battery missions, swap the batteries, and cycle through the flight steps again.
- With aircraft powered down, remove the microSD card and plug it into a laptop with SlantView 3.0 installed.
- Add a directory path to the SD card.
- Run the “Data quality” check, ensuring image footprints cover the entire field.
Blue/green images indicate high quality imagery.
Yellow images indicate concern with metadata.
Red images indicate images unusable for mapping (e.g. images taken at high pitch and roll angles during aircraft turns at the end of flight legs).
If the image footprints show large gaps in coverage, or the majority of images are yellow or red, re-fly the field.
Example of poor data quality requiring a re-fly: mostly red and yellow images, lack of overlap, not covering the full field.

Example of high data quality, upload the data to SlantRange for processing: complete field coverage, majority of the field shows green footprints, red images are from aircraft turns.

- Open SlantRange upload tool, queue raw data for upload, and reconnect the computer to WiFi when available.
